Since Jr high school I have been drinking half my body weight in water due to sports. It has helped me feel better and allowed me to stay active in sports even now after high school and college. I can tell a difference if I do not drink plenty of water during the day, I feel slugish and bloated. Drinking as much water as I do helps my PCOS as well. Since I have got married I have been able to get my husband to drink more water and less mountian dew. For him that is hugh and he has lost 20 pounds just drinking more water. Plenty of water everyday has helped me and my family!
